The Box

What's in the Box ?

Every month, the jewel that will be included in the monthly box for all of our subscribers is chosen and drawn by our creative team. Worth $50 to $120, this one-of-a-kind piece from one of our collections is available for $35 a month (shipping included to the US and Canada) and includes a necklace, choker, ring, earrings, bracelet, bangle, or cuffs.

You can select the surprise-me option to be astonished, or you can choose to get a jewel that has been plated in silver or gold. Tell us when you sign up if your ears are not pierced, and we will send you clip-on earrings.

Together with a lifestyle magazine (la Gazette) and an authenticity certificate, your treasure will be expertly packaged in a cotton pouch. All items will be packaged nicely in a box.

Subscriptions

At Fabrexia, we provide many subscriptions:

  • The monthly membership (with no commitment) is automatically renewed each month unless you cancel.
  • Your monthly membership with a 3-month commitment will be automatically renewed every three months unless you cancel.
  • Your yearly subscription with a 12-month commitment is automatically renewed each year unless you unsubscribe.

Our subscription costs include delivery to the United States and Canada only. If you want your membership sent to another country, you will have to pay shipping expenses.

Box delivery

You will receive an email with a link to track your box on the 5th and 15th of each month. You only need to click the link in the email to track your package.

If tracking indicates that your box was delivered, or if you have not received it before the end of the month, please contact our customer care and give your order number.

You may modify your delivery address at any moment by contacting our customer care via the contact form. Be aware that these modifications must be changed before the beginning of each month in order to be reflected in the continuing monthly box. For example, you have until October 31st to update your delivery address for the November box. Following that, your new address will be taken into consideration for the October box.

Damaged or missing jewel, wrong item received

Damaged or missing diamond; incorrect item obtained.

Regardless of how well we prepare the boxes, we may forget an item, make a mistake, or have a transit disaster. We are sorry about this.

Changing subscription

You may undoubtedly modify your membership type but you will need to request the aid of our Customer Service personnel. Please feel free to contact them using our contact form.

Subscription renewal

  • The monthly membership (commitment-free) is automatically renewed each month unless you cancel.
  • Your monthly membership (with a 3-month commitment) is automatically renewed every three months.
  • The 1-year subscription with a 12-month commitment is renewed annually until you unsubscribe.

Our gift boxes do not renew and will expire automatically after you get the last box associated with your plan.

The quarterly plans purchased on our former website are renewed on the first of each trimester to receive the current monthly box as well as the boxes for the next two months. For example, on September 1st, your membership will be renewed, and you will get boxes for September, October, and November.


If your payment failed on the first attempt at renewal, don't worry; we'll try again every three days.

Cancel my subscription

To discontinue your subscription, please contact Fabrexia customer care.
If you have:

  • Monthly subscription (no commitment required): you can cancel your membership at any moment. If you do not wish to get the current month's Box, please express your request before the end of the preceding month. For example, if you do not wish to get the August Box, you must submit your cancellation request before July 31st.
  • Monthly subscription (with commitment): You may cancel your membership at any moment during the last month of the commitment. For example, if you subscribe in January, you will receive boxes for January, February, and March.If you do not wish to receive the April, May, or June boxes, please email us in March to cancel your membership. We will not be able to cancel your membership until March.
  • Annual membership with a 12-month commitment: You can cancel your subscription at any moment during the last month of the commitment. For example, if you subscribed in January 2025, you will receive boxes between January and December 2025. If you do not wish to receive the 2026 boxes, please contact us in December 2025 to cancel your membership. We will not be able to cancel your membership until December.

You should be aware that a cancellation request must be sent before to your membership renewal; otherwise, it will expire after you get all of the boxes from your most recent renewal.


Our customer assistance is accessible Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Paris time. Your cancelation request must be received within our office hours so that we may properly unsubscribe you.

Payment

Payment failure

It's conceivable that we can't renew your membership because your payment failed. If your renewal fails, you will receive an email.

It may have numerous causes:

  • Expired credit card: we welcome you to change your credit card information immediately through your account.
  • Your bank refused the transaction; please contact your bank to allow the debit.
  • Different billing address from the one shown by default on your bank account.

Once the information has been rectified and updated, a fresh debit attempt will be made within 72 hours.

Secure payment

Your payment is fully safe. We never save your bank information since transactions are conducted directly by our payment partners, Stripe and PayPal. These payment platforms are fully safe, so you don't have to worry.

If you wish to place an order on our website, you may pay with:

  • A store credit, which must be used completely at once.

Rejected payment

When you check out, you may be required to authenticate to validate the transaction for security reasons. If this happens, simply follow the instructions provided by your bank, whether via text, email, or directly through your bank app.

If you do not authenticate, your money will be refused, and your order will not be processed.

If you do not receive an email confirmation at the end of the payment procedure, your money may have been denied. In that scenario, you may call your bank to inquire about the payment status. If you receive confirmation that the money was processed but do not see any orders in your client account, please contact our customer care immediately.

Shipping & order tracking

Order confirmation

A few minutes after placing your order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with information about the products you purchased, the amount you paid, your delivery and billing addresses, and the shipping option you selected. This email also includes your order number.

You may also view your order information straight from your account.
